Importance of Personal Hygiene and Distribution of Sanitary napkins among young ladies

To reach to a level of sustainability we must focus on prevention, even more than cure, so as to reduce the 'disease burden' on comman man. Awareness generation and attitudinal change campaigns and programs. We did awareness of Young lady and adolescents on mensuration cycle and on importance of personal hygiene. We distributed 300 sanitary napkins in Rahe and Ratu villages of Ranchi district.
Capacity Building of Farmers (Male & Female)

In Jharkhand it has been seen that most of the agriculture related work is done by women farmers but they are not treated as farmer so the organization tried to identify such S.H.G and women, engaged in agriculture activitie and their families, for the formation of Farmers producer groups (PG) and farmer producer club, to gain improved access to inputs such as seeds, fingerlings, community-owned irrigation systems, markets, market intelligence, credit, and technical knowledge. They were also made aware on organic farming importance.
Health Check Camp and Distribution of Medicines

The Organiation has conducted Doctors and Medicine Company for medicine and organised two health camps in the rural area of Namkum block of Ranchi district providing basic check-up of the villages and medications where necessary. Also awareness program wa done on prevention and care of comman diseases like diarrhoea, tuberculosis(TB), malaria, dengue, typhoid and anaemia & importance of Personal hygiene, Breastfeeding was discussed with the women of that village.
Campaign about Literacy Day as on 8th September

Education is every child's fundamental right. All girls and boys should have an equal opportunity to learn. Despite the power of education to transform lives, millions of children remain out of school. With the main objectives of ensuring free, quality and inclusive education for all children and their protection from all the forms of discrimination and violence a campaign was started on the literacy day on 8th september. We discussed on Child marriage and child labour are taboos in the society that can be only overcome by generating awareness about education and achieving the basic education and complete literacy for all irrespective of age and gender discrimination. We organised it in Khatanga Basti near Khelgaon Ranchi.
